It’s A Grind!

We will arrive early that morning with our enclosed trailer, create a clean working environment to protect your driveway and dive right into preparing the surface. This includes grinding all surfaces of the floor with a combination of our industrial grade 30” grinder and the use of various hand tools to create a fresh surface on every inch of floor to be coated. We will bring a generator to power our tools and powerful vacuums to mitigate and control dust.

Filler Up

Any existing cracks and pits are cleaned thoroughly. We will prepare and apply our mender material and fill any imperfections on the surface. Once the mending material has dried, we grind the excess leaving a smooth surface.

Let’s Roll

Now that the floor has been prepped, we will vacuum the surfaces clean and apply the base coat of Polyurea. This will be a base color that compliments the flake chosen. The Polyurea is first carefully hand painted along the edges of your garage, mindful of your walls and your driveway. Finally, the surface will be coated with a roller.

Make It Rain

As soon as the base coat has been applied, we make it rain! A generous serving of flake will be applied to every square inch of coated concrete.

The Two-Man Dance

A coordinated removal of all excess flake is scraped and recovered. A second scrape from the opposite direction ensures that there are no high points that may be course or rough on bare feet. Another round of vacuuming and cleaning the surface and the finished product is taking shape. You may already love what you see…. But wait, there’s more!

Bring It Home

Our Polyaspartic top coat is the best in the business. Like the base coat, we will hand paint the edges, corners, and trim of your garage before mixing and rolling the final layer of beauty and protection. You can expect a glass finish with slip resistance from the textured surface of the flake. Just enough to make It safe to walk on, durable enough for any work shop and pretty enough to throw a party. You are going to fall in love every time you come home. Before we leave, we will be sure to leave it cleaner than we found it!

We will schedule a convenient appointment for an experienced project manager to meet with you to help design and evaluate your floor. You can expect them to test the moisture levels, pick test the hardness of the surface to assure we are using the proper diamonds on your floor during prep and then digitally measure the square footage of your garage or project area. Saving the best for last, you get to select your flake color of choice from a large array of samples. An estimate and installation date will be available for you that day.
